- Water, water, water! I'm sure you've probably heard this a billion+ times, but water really is essential. If keeps you full and flushes out toxins, and is good for your overall health. A good tip I learned is to take your weight and cut it in half, and that's how many ounces of water you should be drinking a day, at least!- Distract yourself! If you feel as if you might binge, make a deal with yourself. Before you binge, you must walk at least a mile, chug 1 liter of water, eat one of those bags of spring mix salad (yes, the entire bag), and brush your teeth. Then you can binge. Go ahead, give it a bite. Good? No. Your mouth will be all minty from the toothpaste, and you'll be so full you won't be able to eat much anyway.
- If you're a smoker and you're hungry, light up a cigarette. Don't start smoking just for this, though. I am not a smoker, but one thing I do like is the nicotine gum or mints. The nicotine suppresses you appetite, and the gum or mint occupies your mouth with a strong flavor. Double whammy!
- If you're fasting, occupy yourself with a beauty day, or week, or however long you're fasting. Do everything you can think of to make yourself beautiful. Really go all out! Here's some stuff to do;
- Buy a nice foot scrub. Cut your toe nails, sand your heels, and then scrub your feet. Top with a good thick foot lotion! Then paint your toe nails. This can occupy you for over an hour!
- Give yourself a manicure! Buy a nice hand scrub or make your own, and then look up some nail art inspiration on Pinterest! Make sure to use hand lotion.
- Go shopping! I'm a big believer in retail therapy :)
- Try a new, bold makeup look. Why not try that universally flattering berry-shade lipstick?
- Play dress up! Use everything you can and imitate your favorite celebrity!
- Take a bath. A long, hot bubble bath is infinitely rejuvenating.
- Start a blog! Hey, that's what I did! :)

- Masturbate. Might sound gross, but if you do masturbate, then go ahead! It might make you forget all about food ;) Watch some porn and have at it!
